CAN I OPERATE FROM MY HOUSE?
Yes. There is no need for an expensive office or warehouse.
CAN I DO THIS BUSINESS PART TIME?
Yes. You should figure your time in the field to be about 15 minutes per machine including your travel time. (5 minutes servicing the machine – 10 minutes between locations.)
HOW GOOD IS THE CASH FLOW?
Excellent. It’s an all cash business. Plus, there are no receivables or bad debt.Your free cash flow can help you expand.
ONCE I AM IN BUSINESS, HOW LONG BEFORE I START MAKING MONEY?
One nice thing about this business is that from the first day your machines are on location they are working for you. Your SuperPro machines will begin to make you money immediately. There is no need to work and wait for months or years while you build a clientele. Your machines are like “silent” salespersons working for you. They are on the job constantly day and night, summer and
winter, Sundays and holidays. Your SuperPro machines cater to everyone; rich, poor, male, female, young and old. Every type of person enjoys candies and snacks.
DO I HAVE TO SELL?
No. Just put the machine on location, refill and collect the money. The candy industry has created a huge demand for their products and you are taking advantage of that. The vending machine displays and sells for you 24 hours a day, up to 7 days a week.
IS THERE NATIONAL ADVERTISNG?
The candy and peanut industry spends millions of dollars each year in advertising at no cost to you to create an enormous demand for candy and peanuts. You will get repeat business.
WHERE DO I BUY MY CANDY?
You can purchase the candy from our company or we can help you find a candy wholesaler in your area.
WHAT KIND OF CANDY SELLS BEST?
We’ve included labels of the most popular brands with the machine. Some candies sell better in different locations. It is best to experiment using different products.

SHOULD I USE NAME BRANDS?
There is no substitute for quality. Name brand candies are household favorites nationwide. Millions of pounds are sold each day. We recommend using only name brand candies rather than off-brands. With quality products, your customers will use your machine time and time again.
HOW MUCH CANDY DO I GIVE OUT FOR A QUARTER?
Based on the recommended candy settings, your candy cost should average between 3 and 7 cents per vend or approximately 20% - 30% of each quarter. From every $35, you should realize an average of $25 net profit.
IS THE MARKET SATURATED, ARE THERE ENOUGH LOCATIONS FOR ME TO EXPAND?
Although you see vending machines “everywhere”, there are between two and three million new small businesses starting each year. Over 90% of them will not support a large machine and are ideal for our machines.
HOW MUCH DOES A SUPERPRO MACHINE HOLD?
Each machine holds approximately 30 pounds of candy; 10 pounds in each section.
HOW OFTEN DO I SERVICE EACH MACHINE?
On the average, one time every four weeks. Higher volume locations should be serviced every two weeks. After the first 90 days you will see a pattern of usage and can decide how often to service the location.
CAN MY FAMILY HELP SERVICE THE MACHINE?
Yes. Because of the ease of servicing the machine, many route owners use their children and spouse to help.
HOW MANY SUPERPRO UNITS CAN I SERVICE?
One person can service an average of 30-35 units per day. Working full-time a person can service 600-700 units per month comfortably.
HOW MANY MACHINES CAN I PUT OUT?
There are no limits. It depends on how much money you wish to make and how much time you are willing to invest.
HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I MAKE?
It all depends on the quality of your locations. The higher traffic the location has, the more quarters you get. Check the charts in the brochure. Our best location generates approximately $120 and our lowest generates approximately $16. Location, Location, Location!
IS THE MACHINE EASY TO ASSEMBLE?
Yes. Minimum assembly is required and easy-to-understand directions are included with the machine. It only takes about 10 minutes to assemble.
WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED PARTS OR SERVICE?
The SuperPro machine is a trouble free machine and will require very little maintenance. However, if you ever do need assistance, we stand ready to assist you. Just call us at 800-288-0958.

The SuperPro has an attractive design and contemporary colors that will fit into almost any business or office location. We recommend places where people congregate or where there is high traffic

DO I NEED A SPECIAL TRUCK OR A VAN?
No. Most people service their route from their existing vehicle.
DO YOU NEED SPECIAL SKILLS TO OPERATE THESE VENDING MACHINES?
No. All you need is the desire to be the boss of your own growing and profitable business.
HOW MUCH TIME IS INVOLVED AT A LOCATION?
Less than five minutes.
IF I’M TOO BUSY TO SERVICE THE ROUTE, IS IT FEASIBLE TO HIRE SOMEONE TO
ASSIST ME?
Yes. Most people, in the early stages of business, service machines themselves in the evening or on weekends. What’s great about the vending machine business is that just one person can easily handle 400 machines. And when you’re ready for part-time help, it’s a great job for college students, housewives, a son or daughter, etc.
IS THE WORK HARD?
No. You are your own boss. The work is light and pleasant. Show up at the location, open the rear cash door and remove the quarters, close the back door and open up the top product door, add product as needed and close door. We personally like to hand out samples to the employees around the machine, tell
them thank you and leave.
IS THIS A FAD BUSINESS?
No. The vending machine business has been with us for over 150 years and the candy industry longer than that. The two combined make a perfect marriage for a new money-making vending business.

There are over a million locations and vending machines can go into each of those locations.
DO I HAVE TO FIND THE LOCATIONS MYSELF?
You can, or there are locating services that can secure locations for you either by telemarketing or in person. We can furnish you with a list of locating services upon request.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET STARTED?
We can usually have your machines to you within 3 to 5 days from the day we receive your order and payment. You can get started almost immediately!
DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL SKILLS TO OPERATE A ROUTE?
No. All you need is the desire to be boss of your own growing and profitable business. We have available a guide to running a successful route operation.
HOW MUCH DOES PRODUCT COST PER VEND?
Based on the recommended candy setting, your candy cost should average between 3 and 7 cents per vend. You want to keep your overall product cost around 25% to 30%.
DO ANY OF THE PRODUCTS BECOME STALE OR GO RANCID?
NOT WITH THE SUPERPRO, BECAUSE:
1. The machines are placed in a climate controlled business which limits these problems.
2. The machines are usually empty within a month or sooner. There usually isn’t sufficient time for these kinds of problems to develop.
3. We consult with you on the proper level to fill your machines, reducing the risk of spoilage.
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES OF THE MACHINE BEING STOLEN OR VANDALIZED?
Our records indicate that less than 1% is vandalized or stolen. These machines are typically placed in a business atmosphere that minimizes this risk. However, if this should occur, submit a police report to us and we will replace the machine for a modest deductible.
HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED TO FILL A MACHINE TO CAPACITY?
Usually about $40 dollars. This product investment is usually turned over each month, so it is only a one-time up front investment in product.
HOW MUCH ADDITIONAL OUT OF POCKET INVESTMENT WILL I NEED TO GROW IN
THIS BUSINESS?
It can be $0. By reinvesting your profits, you can grow without using any more of your own money.
HOW LONG WILL THE MACHINE LAST?
These machines are constructed of heavy gauge metal and are designed to last indefinitely. The machines and moving parts are warranted for 10 years. You can depend on years of trouble free, profitable operation. Other machines that look like this usually only have a 2 to 5 year warranty. That’s something to think about.
